Paver driveway, walkways and patio, raised planters, Geo-textile retaining wall system for backyard extension
This home was in the midst of major overhaul and renovation when we came onto the project. The original house was gutted and remodeled and a huge addition was added which doubled the square footage of the home. The addition took over a large portion of the existing back yard which is located on a bluff. An engineer designed a retaining wall system which allowed us to extend the yard out 25 feet from the original point. We hauled in 1,200 tons of fill and installed the retaining system which utilized Geo-textile to support the soil. We also installed a drainage system to control the surface water on the property.
We designed the extensive hardscaping which we installed throughout the property. The paver driveway has a star pattern incorporated into it. The paver patio has an outdoor kitchen with built in grill, complete with granite countertops (recycled from the remodeled kitchen). Paver walkways connect the patio to the pool area and around to the front door.
